About the group
This group is for middle school girls ages 11-13.
The group meets at our Evergreen Counseling & Wellness office at 866-B W. Bristol Road in Warminster, PA, and is led by one of our compassionate and experienced licensed therapists, Emily Bentz, MS, NCC, LPC. Group sessions are limited to 6 participants and all participants must be PA residents.
The program will offer tips, support, and connection and explore topics such as:
Healthy relationships
Social media safety
Grounding techniques
Self-esteem
Stress management
Coping skills
Establishing boundaries
Meeting Times
We meet every other Tuesday from 6:00-7:00pm. This is an open group—participants may choose to join at any time and attend one or all of the sessions.

Cost & Payment
$30 per session. We accept debit and credit cards as well as Health Savings Account/Flexible Spending Account Cards.

MEET YOUR GROUP THERAPISTS
It’s our job to ensure that every middle school girl who joins this therapeutic support group feels seen, heard, and welcomed. We’ll listen thoughtfully and share supportive resources to build resilience and self-esteem while ensuring we maintain a non-judgmental space where everyone can speak freely.
