At Evergreen, I support the growth and evolution of our wellness programs, shaping how they’re designed, communicated, and delivered. I build and refine the systems that allow our clinical and wellness teams to focus on their work, with careful attention to how each client experiences Evergreen from first contact through ongoing support.
About Me
For more than two decades, I’ve worked behind the scenes producing live programs that bring people together. I’ve directed an arts organization and helped organize and run conferences, festivals, and workshops of all sizes, often overseeing teams and managing the flow of the day so that participants can simply be present and feel cared for.
I’m drawn to the details that shape how a space feels, whether that’s a stage, a retreat setting, or a counseling practice. I work best in dynamic environments, staying calm and steady while helping teams stay aligned and feel supported.
My background also includes work in higher education, financial literacy initiatives, arts management, and guiding a family business through its successful merger into a university.
Outside of work, you’ll find me practicing yoga, hiking and camping with my family, following UK theatre, and cheering on Wrexham AFC.
