    Are you seeking a better work-life balance? We have immediate full-time and part-time in-person openings for compassionate licensed mental health therapists dedicated to client well-being and personal growth. We use an integrative and holistic approach when providing therapy and strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment where our clients AND therapists can both live their best lives.

    What you’ll do

    • Provide outpatient mental health counseling to individuals (children, teenagers, adults), couples, families, and/or groups who are experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and/or situational difficulties.

    • Conduct intake assessments in addition to ongoing counseling sessions and associated paperwork.

    • Create strong therapeutic relationships where clients feel safe, accepted, and able to openly express themselves without fear of judgment.

    • Work some evening or weekend hours.

    • Respond well to constructive feedback and take initiative.

    What you’ll bring

    • Enthusiasm and passion for providing therapy.

    • Experience and training in cognitive behavior therapy, in addition to other treatment modalities.

    • Professional liability insurance; and FBI, state criminal, and state child abuse clearances.

    • Active Pennsylvania counseling license; professional liability insurance; and FBI, state criminal, and state child abuse clearances.

    • EMDR training highly preferred but not required.

    • Willingness to tailor treatment and interventions based on client needs and strengths.

    • Capacity to work from a practical perspective to help clients achieve realistic goals.

    • Experience working with children and adolescents is preferred but not required.

    • Ability to acknowledge and advocate for yourself if you feel you need support, supervision, or are feeling compassion fatigue.

    What you’ll receive

    • This is a fee-for-service independent contractor position, part-time or full-time (5-40 clients a week), depending on your availability.

    • $57 - $70 per hour for fully licensed therapists; annual salary equivalent of $85K to $110K+, depending on hours worked per week and session types. Pay rate is 52-60% of billable session fee depending on licensing and number of clients/week. No cap on compensation.

    • $250 monthly stipend toward health insurance once seeing 20+ clients per week consistently for 4+ weeks.

    • 1 hour paid charting time per 10 clients seen per week.

    • $350 signing bonus and biweekly pay.

    • Merit raises offered periodically based on performance.

    Job Summary:
    We are looking for a friendly and patient Kids Yoga Teacher to lead fun, safe, and age-appropriate yoga classes for toddlers and preschoolers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Teach simple yoga poses and movements to children ages 2–5

    • Introduce basic breathing exercises and mindfulness

    • Support social-emotional learning through movement, games, books, and/or simple crafts

    • Create a positive, calm, and fun class environment

    • Encourage participation and good behavior

    • Ensure children’s safety during class

    Requirements:

    • Certified yoga teacher or certified kids yoga teacher

    • Experience working with young children (ages 2–5 preferred)

    • Kind, energetic, and reliable

    Location:

    • Classes will be held at preschools in Montgomery & Bucks County

    Schedule:

    • Part-time / flexible hours (as needed)

    What you’ll receive

    • This is a fee-for-service independent contractor position paying $30 per class

    • Merit raises offered periodically based on performance.

    • Free yoga classes at our studio to support and encourage your self-care.

    • Opportunity to be added to our sub list for in-studio classes ($25/class) and goat yoga classes ($45/class)

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a friendly and patient Yoga Teacher for Seniors to lead gentle, safe, and enjoyable yoga classes that help older adults stay active, flexible, and relaxed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Guide seniors through yoga poses and movements that focus on balance, strength, flexibility, and mobility

    • Teach simple breathing exercises, relaxation, and mindfulness techniques

    • Encourage social connection and overall well-being through a positive class atmosphere

    • Adapt poses and exercises to meet different physical abilities and comfort levels

    • Create a calm, welcoming, and fun environment

    • Ensure participants’ safety at all times

    Requirements:

    • Certified yoga teacher, with experience or training in yoga for seniors preferred

    • Experience working with older adults or individuals with limited mobility

    • Kind, patient, and reliable

    Location:

    • Classes will be held at retirement communities, community centers, and senior centers in Montgomery & Bucks County

    Schedule:

    • Part-time / flexible hours (as needed)
