Kitten Yoga- EVENT SOLD OUT!

Join us for a special yoga class with kittens! We've partnered with Charlie's Army Animal Rescue to bring you a unique yoga experience that combines gentle poses with the playful presence of adorable kittens- all of whom are up for adoption and looking for their forever home! This class offers a therapeutic and fun experience for you, while also providing a social and stimulating environment for the kittens. You'll be able to practice yoga as the kittens freely roam, pounce, and cuddle around you, creating a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. This is a wonderful opportunity to reduce stress and boost your mood, and for the kittens, it provides exercise, socialization, and potential adoption opportunities.
*Proceeds will benefit Charlie's Army Animal Rescue

Baby Goat Yoga & Bottle Feeding at Graeme Park

We are super excited to be partnering with Horse & Goat Yoga and Graeme Park for this special event! Come out for a joyful morning of laughter, yoga, and heartwarming baby goat snuggles on Sunday, 10/19/25 from 11-12:30pm. Our yoga teacher will lead a one hour all-levels yoga class, followed by 30 minutes of bottle feeding and snuggling time with the baby goats. Adults and children 8+ are invited to participate!
All of the baby goats are rescues and looking for their forever home! Horse and Goat Yoga is a rescue-based organization, and proceeds from the class go to the horses, goats & other rescued animals to cover their expenses including the neighboring farmland at Rosebridge Farm & Sanctuary where they are rescued, nurtured, and provided a safe & loving environment.
What to Bring
A yoga mat, towel, or blanket
Wear your hair back
Wear socks and layers including cotton shirts (No tank tops or open-back shirts). The baby goats are just learning to jump and balance. With goat-friendly cotton clothing, you are helping them learn how to be confident, comfortable jumpers!
Additional Important Info: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out the waiver!

Rose Frequency Medicine Circle

Join Lynda Bianchini-Vesty, Rose Priestess, Shamanic Healer & Medicine Woman, for a Rose Frequency Medicine Circle based on the Venus Cycles and the living mandala of the cosmic rose she creates in the sky.
During this transformational 2 hour group medicine circle, you will experience an Opening transmission on Venus & Her Cosmic Orbit; Setting of Intentions; Sacred Smudging, Rose Oil Anointing & Energy Work; Oracle Card pulling; Shamanic Journeying into the 7th Gate of Manifestation (Root Chakra ); Multidimensional Activation to clear, heal & restore our connection to Earth Mother Goddess; Journal & Reflect; and a Closing Share.
Please dress comfortably. Bring a journal, pen, water, yoga mat, & arrive 10 minutes early to get settled into your space. Blankets and bolsters will be provided.

Stay after class to enjoy your drink, hang out, and grab lunch at their featured food truck for that day!

Let your child’s inner light blossom. Our kids yoga classes offer a fun adventure where they can explore yoga and mindfulness. Each class will offer an engaging theme to develop tools to relax, focus, and build confidence. Your young yogi will leave each session with a fun, simple handout to share and practice what they learned with family and friends. No prior experience is necessary. Parents are welcome to participate or watch. Please register under a parent or guardian’s name and wear comfortable clothes and bring water. Mats are provided!

Join us for a welcoming Reiki Circle to experience relaxation, connection, and healing energy as a community. No prior Reiki experience is required. Through light touch and intention, Reiki helps clear energy blockages, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural ability to heal.
Led by Reiki Master Katie Yev, the Reiki Share will begin with a grounding invocation and meditation to settle into the space. Then, we will share in the exchange of Reiki energy, giving and receiving, in a safe and welcoming environment. Finally, we will join together as a group to send Reiki to loved ones. This Reiki Circle is open to all—whether you’re new to Reiki, curious about it, or an experienced practitioner. Come find peace, calm, and connection in our supportive community.

Baby Goat Yoga

Goat Yoga, 1537 Dillon Road, Ambler, PA
Enjoy an uplifting, all ages yoga class with the baby goats at Horse & Goat Yoga (right next to Rose Bridge Farm & Sanctuary in Ambler)! Expect plenty of laughter during this laid back class, which will move slowly enough to allow time for the goats to do the poses with you.
Class is 1 hour followed by 30 minutes of bottle feeding, snuggle time, and photo ops with the goats who are in diapers and suspenders. All of the goats are rescues looking for their forever homes.

Classes will be held outside in good weather and inside our yoga barn during the winter months and in the event of inclement weather.
When you pull into the driveway, pass the red barn, stay to the left, and park in the gravel lot on the left across from the field. Please do not park in the top parking lot next to the red barn.
Yoga teachers vary from class to class.

Golden Light: A Chamomile Sound Bath Ritual

Step into the golden peace of summer with us for a sound bath inspired by the spirit of Chamomile, a gentle yet powerful ally for calming, cooling, and releasing. This sound journey is centered in working with chamomile energetically, tuning into its soft, solar frequency through intention and vibration.
Chamomile teaches us how to soften without shutting down. How to relax deeply without losing our clarity. How to release heat, emotional, mental, and physical, and return to the grounded center within.
Through guided intention and a spacious, soothing soundscape, we’ll invite in:
The calming energy of chamomile
Nervous system unwinding
Cooling energy for overheated bodies and minds
Subtle release of tension, grief, or urgency
We’ll provide mats, bolsters, and blankets for your comfort, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Come as you are, ready to relax, reset, and step into spring with clarity and intention.
