Yoga Teacher & Kids Yoga Teacher
she/her/hers
My yoga practice has brought me profound peace, insight, and regulation. The immense impact led me to change my career at 43 to become a yoga teacher. I deeply believe in the restorative power of this practice and consider it a privilege to share it. My mission is to empower individuals to reduce stress, live authentically, and find their voice through supportive, trauma-informed yoga classes.
About Me
I started practicing yoga in 2023 when I was feeling anxious, depleted by my demanding career, and disconnected from my body. Yoga ignited my journey of self-discovery, leading to reduced anxiety, increased confidence, and a greater capacity for joyful living. Motivated to share these benefits with both children and adults, I became a Certified Children’s Yoga Teacher (95-hour) in 2024 and completed my comprehensive 200 RYT yoga teacher training in 2025. I am also a certified Usui Reiki II practitioner and am currently completing a 50-hour Yin Yoga teacher training (in 2025).
With over two decades of experience supporting children, teens, and adults in social services and higher education, I've seen firsthand the profound importance of empowering individuals—especially young people—to embrace their authentic selves and develop their voices. In every class I teach, I work to cultivate an enjoyable, nurturing space to allow my students to flourish.

What Students Are Saying…
“I really enjoyed my yoga class at Evergreen. After getting my shoulder replaced, I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to keep up. The instructor was so thoughtful and offered tips to support me without drawing attention or making me feel uncomfortable. I felt so relaxed and peaceful and look forward to taking more of her classes!” - Marcie Z.
