Years in Practice: 5+
she/her/hers
I work with children, teens, and young adults through life’s challenges, transitions, and tough moments. I believe growth happens when clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported as they navigate what’s hard. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where young people can build insight, develop coping skills, and gain confidence in themselves.
About Me
My approach is strengths-based, honoring each person’s resilience, values, and unique story. I partner with clients to identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck and to develop practical strategies for managing challenges and making positive changes.
In my work as a school counselor, I have supported students through academic, social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. This role has strengthened my ability to build trusting relationships, respond thoughtfully in complex situations, and advocate for the needs of those I serve. I also bring experience in individual and group support, crisis intervention, and skill-building, all of which continue to shape my work.
In sessions, I combine empathy with collaboration and focus on tools and strategies that feel meaningful and useful in everyday life.
For Parents
If your child or teen is facing anxiety, stress, peer or family relationships challenges, or self-esteem concerns, I’m here to support them and your family through the process. Together, we’ll work to build clarity, strengthen coping skills, and create a path toward greater confidence and resilience.
For Young Adults
If you’re navigating anxiety, stress, major life changes, relationship struggles, or questions about identity, I provide a collaborative space where you can explore what’s holding you back and develop strategies that feel authentic to you and your goals.
I strive to show up with compassion, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique experiences and story.
