Gail Rowan, RYT 250
Yoga Teacher & Kids Yoga Teacher
she/her/hers
During COVID, yoga became my lifeline, offering me something "known" while living in the "unknown." Yoga brought me balance, clarity, and strength during those very uncertain times. Now, I aim to create that same welcoming, grounding space for my yoga students.
About Me
A special education teacher by day and yoga teacher by night, I strive to foster a positive environment in all I do. Although I’d practiced yoga for more than 20 years and was a yoga and mindfulness teacher for tweens and teens, it wasn’t until yoga offered me such a clear respite from COVID that I decided to pursue comprehensive yoga teacher training.
I love to incorporate themes and music to enhance each class I teach, and I always welcome lightheartedness and laughter. I enjoy personalizing yoga sequences for my students, adapting to their current needs, and offering modifications to support different body types. I value the sense of community within the studio and eagerly anticipate connecting with you at every stage of your yoga journey.
