she/her/hers
Taking steps toward your mental health is no small thing, and it would be my privilege to walk alongside you in that process. I bring warmth, empathy, and a genuine curiosity to the therapy space so that you feel safe to show up as you are and share your story.
I work with teens (14+), young adults, and adults.
About Me
My approach is trauma-informed, which means we'll look at how you've navigated life with compassion rather than judgment. Together, we'll figure out what's gotten in the way of your goals before and start building a path forward. I pull from a mix of approaches depending on what you need, whether that's practical skills for managing difficult emotions, tools for navigating OCD, or help making decisions that feel aligned with what actually matters to you. As our relationship grows, I'll also gently challenge you, because you are capable of doing hard things, and real growth tends to happen just outside the comfort zone.
I'm also a practicing art therapist and may invite the use of art as one way to process emotions that words don't always reach. Working through something somatically can open up self-awareness and insight that talking alone sometimes can't. Art therapy is always optional, and we can explore together whether it feels like a good fit for you. You absolutely do not have to be an artist or "good at art" for it to be helpful.
I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally responsive. As a cisgender white woman, I believe it's part of my work to stay aware of the privilege I hold and how that may shape our therapeutic relationship.
My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, OCD, grief and loss, PTSD, and interpersonal conflict.
Before joining Evergreen, I worked as an art therapist and counselor across a range of settings, including an adult partial hospitalization program, an adult inpatient unit, community mental health outpatient care, and mobile crisis services, where I provided level of care assessments, crisis counseling, and safety evaluations.
Therapy is a collaborative process. I love questions, feedback, and honesty, and we can always adjust our approach as we go. You are the expert on your own life. I'm just here to help you access what you already know.

What Clients Are Saying…
“I came to Evergreen after years of bad experiences trying to find a therapist I liked. I really feel like I lucked out—I always feel comfortable and able to share whatever I want in a safe environment. I was struggling with a lot of anxiety and stress and my therapist helped me develop the tools I need to go about my everyday life without letting these issues control everything around me.” - Jenna
“I will not rescue you
for you are not powerless.
I will not fix you
for you are not broken
I will not heal you
for I see you in your wholeness.
I will walk with you
through your darkness
as you remember
your light.”
