Therapy can open the door to profound shifts in how we experience ourselves and the world around us. It can offer new ways of understanding our stories, create room for healing, and even help partners rediscover one another. Sometimes those changes arrive as powerful insights, but more often they unfold gradually, in the quiet process of being truly seen and cared for. I believe the heart of therapy lies in the therapist–client relationship itself, which can become a powerful source of growth and transformation.
About Me
Clients often describe me as warm, non-judgmental, and able to bring humor into even difficult conversations. I tailor therapy to each individual, selecting therapeutic approaches that build on your strengths and address your specific needs. With an emphasis on developing practical skills, I work from an integrative perspective to support realistic, meaningful goals. In our work together, I aim to create a collaborative, warm, and engaged space where we can reflect on your life, uncover patterns that contribute to dissatisfaction, and develop new ways of moving toward a life that feels full, joyful, and meaningful.
My therapeutic approach is informed by psychodynamic, mindfulness, somatic, and attachment-based perspectives, as well as emotionally focused therapy (EFT) for couples. I also hold a systems-based framework, attuning to both the complexities of the individual and their broader context.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, family dynamics, and relationship concerns. I am especially drawn to supporting adults navigating transitions and couples striving to reconnect and grow together.
I know therapy can feel daunting, but it is work I love and feel honored to do. My role is to walk alongside you with warmth and respect, helping you discover new possibilities and cultivate a life that feels more connected, resilient, and meaningful.
