If you're struggling with something, you're not alone. It's okay to have a problem. What's not okay is neglecting yourself. If you or someone you care about is ready to take that first step, let's get started.

I work with teens (12+), young adults, adults, and couples.

About Me

I'm a licensed professional counselor and certified school counselor. I started out studying counseling to serve school-aged populations, but as the need for mental health treatment grew, I felt called to expand my practice and serve a wider range of people. That path gave me experience across a broad range of ages, issues, and settings, which makes me a responsive and adaptable clinician.

My work focuses on the whole person. I believe in client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed care, and I draw from a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness to tailor treatment to what works best for you. I apply these approaches in ways that meet clients where they are, whether that's working through trauma, building motivation, or developing practical coping strategies, and I especially enjoy supporting men and adolescents.

I've worked with clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, executive functioning challenges, developmental disorders, traumatic and acquired brain injuries, and adjustment disorders. Whatever brings you in, you don't have to have it figured out before we start.

I view therapy as a collaborative process led by your needs. Through openness, humor, and warmth, I work to build a space where you feel supported and safe enough to explore, grow, and chart a path toward a better future.
