About the group
This group is for middle school girls ages 11-13.
The group meets at our Evergreen Counseling & Wellness office at 866-B W. Bristol Road in Warminster, PA, and is led by one of our compassionate therapists, Erica Page, MS. Group sessions are limited to 6 participants.
The program will offer tips, support, and connection and explore topics such as:
Healthy relationships
Social media safety
Grounding techniques
Self-esteem
Stress management
Coping skills
Establishing boundaries
Meeting Times
We meet every other Wednesday from 6-7pm. This is an open group—participants may choose to join at any time and attend one or all of the sessions.
Cost & Payment
$35 per session. We accept debit and credit cards as well as Health Savings Account/Flexible Spending Account Cards.
We accept debit and credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash, and checks. Beginning 5/1/2025, a 3.1% convenience fee applies to all card transactions (credit, debit, HSA, FSA). There is no convenience fee for paying with cash and checks.

Hi, I’m Erica Page, MA.
Before beginning my work in private practice, I spent 13 years as a school counselor, supporting children and teens individually and in groups. I truly believe therapy can be a transformative experience. I hope you will feel lighter being guided by me and can build empowering connections with other group members.
