Middle School Therapeutic Support Group

About the group

This group is for middle school girls ages 11-13.

The group meets at our Evergreen Counseling & Wellness office in Hatboro, PA, and is led by one of our compassionate therapists. Group sessions are limited to 6 participants.

The program will offer tips, support, and connection and explore topics such as:

• Healthy relationships

• Social media safety

• Grounding techniques

• Self-esteem

• Stress management

• Coping skills

• Establishing boundaries

Meeting Times

We meet every other Wednesday from 6-7pm. This is an open group—participants may choose to join at any time and attend one or all of the sessions.

Cost & Payment

$35 per session. We accept debit and credit cards as well as Health Savings Account/Flexible Spending Account Cards.

We accept debit and credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash, and checks. Beginning 5/1/2025, a 3.1% convenience fee applies to all card transactions (credit, debit, HSA, FSA). There is no convenience fee for paying with cash and checks.
